This was our visit to Hoofers. We’ve heard about it for years. It seats about 1100 with 20 rocking chair seats on both sides of the stage. We had reserved the 1st row of rocking chairs and loved the seats and location. Heather rocked nonstop through the entire event. There was a restaurant with a seafood buffet in the same building. There was also an elaborate snack bar at the back entrance.
- Michael Combs – We’ve wanted to see him for years. We were not disappointed! Heather really enjoyed him coming down into the audience as he was singing.
- Charles Johnson and The Revivers – I had wanted to see them for about 20 years since I first heard “I can’t even walk without you holding my hand”. I was not disappointed!
